The 2024 Go Fishing Portfolio
For some years I’ve gotten requests from readers who were not looking to actively invest but did want secure income from real estate. They understood and likely worked in real estate but were ready to focus on other things, like fishing.
In response, I initiated a model “Go-Fishing Portfolio” at the beginning of 2023. The idea is that one could distribute money across this portfolio and ignore it for a year at a time.
